What is Kneighbormart?

Kneighbor Mart is a Korean-style neighborhood convenience store located in Los Angeles, CA. We specialize in bringing the best of Korean snacks, groceries, beverages, and household products to our local customers and online shoppers across the U.S.

Do you only serve the Los Angeles area?

No! While we are based in Los Angeles, we offer nationwide shipping through our e-commerce platform, allowing customers all over the U.S. to enjoy our unique Korean products. We’re also planning to open a lot more Kneighbor Mart all over the U.S.

What types of products do you sell?

We offer a wide variety of products, including Korean snacks, drinks, instant noodles, sauces, fresh and frozen foods, household goods, and more. Our inventory is constantly updated to reflect popular items in Korea and customer demand.

How can I place an order online?

Simply visit our website, browse through our selection, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept most major payment methods, and once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when it ships.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your location. Orders shipped within California typically arrive within 2-4 business days, while orders to other parts of the U.S. can take 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options may also be available at checkout.

Do you offer local delivery or in-store pickup?

Yes! If you're in the Los Angeles area, we offer an in-store pickup option. Simply select your preferred option at checkout.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on perishable items. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll work to resolve the issue.

What are your store hours?

Our physical store in Los Angeles is open Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 10 PM, and on Sundays from 10 AM to 6 PM. Our online store is open 24/7 for orders nationwide.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other digital payment methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay for online orders. In-store, we also accept cash payments.
